Hello, As we are just a few days away from moving out, we wanted to take a moment to share our experience after living here for the past three years. During our time here, we have gone through three different management teams, and in the past, things often felt a little chaotic. Previous management teams did not seem very focused on improving the appearance of the property, investing in the buildings, or making positive changes within the community. However, since the new management team took over and Gail became the manager, we have noticed many positive changes.

Don’t move here. The new property manager is coming after everyone for fees. Illegally adding fees that aren’t in the lease and harassing resident that have lived here for years about frivolous and new rules that’s she is making up. I haven’t had peace since Gale has become the manager. Everyday it’s a new email about something. I pay my rent on time every month and this month she added a new charge and then locked my account so I can’t see it. Again, dont move here! If you value your peace, your money, don’t do it.
