Had a wonderful experience securing a lease with 312 college Ave. Alyssa was extremely helpful and has made the process a pleasure
The apartment itself is a decent size, but the appliances are ancient, barely work, and management refuses to replace them. Even worse, the new maintenance team is completely incompetent. When my smoke detector started going off, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes and then told it “wasn’t an emergency.” The guy on the phone tried to give me instructions to stop it, clearly not realizing it’s hard-wired into the wall. I genuinely don’t know how I’m supposed to sleep or get any work done with nonstop, ear-splitting beeping.
I had the most amazing 2 years living at 312. The apartment is a short walk from campus and safe to walk to and from at night with the new street lights installed a year ago. The management is super responsive and cooperative. It’s always clean and the spaces are really cozy. If you’re able, I highly recommend staying at 312 during your studies!
