Aero on 24th

My very first apartment and it definitely lives up to its expectations. Aero is clean, convenient, accessible, and in a great location. Me and my friends love it here!!

Do not live here unless you want to deal with high move out charges. I was charged excessively for move out damages for small scuffs on the wall that were there when I moved in. I was charged nearly $100 for removing the fire alarms, when the maintenance people did it themselves because the alarms would not stop ringing. I had to bring it up to management and they finally took it off my balance.I don't understand how you can charge people this much for stuff you are doing. Not to mention, I asked for an itemized breakdown, and they just sent me a list of how they charge people.

Everything is a cash grab and terrible coordination from the front office. They seem to have a silo issue. Would call my roommate about things and then say they called or emailed me but never did. There was mold or mildew near the vents and they just painted over it. Charged me for stuff I was not responsible for. Say one thing to you and do another. The place looks nice but is actually poorly built. Very rude at times. I don’t care if you don’t want to speak to me, you have to because that is your job. Just ridiculous.
