Aldon at Keys Crossing Apartment Homes

I lived here for 7 months in the 8000 building. Overall, the apartment itself was fine, but the biggest downside was the dog boarding facility across the street. Dogs bark throughout the day, every day, and I could clearly hear it from inside my apartment. I could also regularly hear employees shouting at the dogs from my apartment. Other than the noise, I had a decent experience living here. If you work from home or are sensitive to noise, I’d definitely recommend visiting during the daytime before signing a lease so you can hear the noise level for yourself.

BUGS!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived in this apartment for almost a year. Recently i got a new rug and while changing it out, i noticed under my rug and couch were a large amount of cockroaches and/or beetles. Also there was a live worm crawling under the rug. I was disgusted and moved out that night. I came back a few days later to get some more of my stuff and the place was swarming with flies(i turned the AC down the night i left). I was originally told that the bugs were a result of the door frame not being sealed.

I’ve been a resident for 5 years now and have loved calling this complex my home! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities truly make it feel like a resort. On top of that, staff members like Ash & Atiya are always kind, helpful, cheerful, and go above and beyond to ensure a positive resident experience. I’m grateful for everything they do!
