Honestly, Alysha Jamal and her team have found the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine care for people. I truly appreciated the way they guided us through the property tour and provided us with all the information we needed to confidently decide to make this our new home. Throughout the entire process, I could genuinely see and feel that the team puts empathy into practice. They understand that finding a home is a meaningful and personal decision, and they made us feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
I just signed my lease here, and the entire process was amazing from start to finish! The leasing team was so kind, clear, and helpful with all my questions. The property is clean, quiet, and kept in great shape. The amenities look wonderful, and moving in feels easy and exciting. I am so happy I chose to live here and cannot wait to get settled in.
STAY AWAY from Alexan Gallerie****** I lived at Alexan Gallerie for two years, and watching this property go downhill has been unbelievable. If you’re considering moving here, do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. During my time here, my car was broken into twice. The parking garage has a gate, but people can still access it from the back, making the “secured” parking feel anything but secure. For the amount of rent they charge, that’s completely unacceptable. The property has become noisy, dirty, and chaotic.
