Rented apartment for about a year, they made errors in their billing cycle although I paid my required bill every month on the immediate due date, they came back at me and said I owed multiple thousands of dollars they took no accountability in it and quite honestly I feel as a consumer completely ripped off. I’ve tried repeatedly to work out some arrangement and they again refused any responsibility for charging me less than they said they were supposed to charge me each month if I paid more than I owed, do you think they would return that money to me at this point I would have to say no.
I cannot say enough great things about this apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt truly welcomed and cared for. The property is beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and most importantly, the staff ( especially Kiara and Stephanie) are some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever encountered in a rental community. Kiara made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Living here has been an absolute pleasure.
I would never recommend living here. The biggest issue is the poor construction of the buildings. The floors and walls are so thin that you can hear every footstep from the apartment above—even the sound of a small dog walking. Living in the second floor I complained about the noise. Later, I realized it is impossible to avoid making normal living noise because of how poorly the buildings are constructed. My downstairs neighbor repeatedly complained that we were “stomping,” even though we were simply walking normally.
