New Complaint 7/2026: Event planning here is disappointing, disastrous, humiliating, and cheaply done. You turn residents who pay premium rent into desperate beggars standing in extremely long lines just to receive Resident Perks. The pizza event: failed, ran out of food within minutes. The burger event: failed, ran out of food within 30 minutes of event start, even for people who showed up early or on time. These events are a special kind of torture where you are promised something you will likely not receive, and surely cannot rely upon.
I like the swimming pool.
We are the happy family at Avino for last four years, and it has truly been a home away from home. From the day we moved in, our goal was to give our children the best, and Avino helped make that happen. All due to Tori Batterton, The community is calm and peaceful, and we love that Canyon Crest Academy (CCA) is within walking distance my children walk for lunch and we walk as morning walk to school . Our children got to attend one of the best schools in California, and the results speak for themselves.
