I called yesterday to have my deceased Father's windows cleaned & screens removed & cleaned. Patrick took my call (I think the Owner) anyway ... he was booked out further than what i Needed. I am really in a crunch. He called me back & worked me into the schedule for the following morning which is Today!!! He told me he wanted to be transparent & inform me that the tech would be a recently hired technician & that it will be his first 'solo' job. As he reassured me he's totally competent , just may take a little longer . Well, Anthony arrived early & introduced himself & kicked-butt !!!
