It had been the best place to live, The sunset and the rising sun is so beautiful i love it and never made me be disappointed. You get a gym 24/7 the clubhouse 24/7 the team Jailene ana christian and melanie are very nice and they will do their best to solve or help if you have a problem or question or a work order. And maintenance melvin and jp and eric and last but not least alex has come different times when we need a maintenance but each different work order. Here the fun part comes you got Longhorn, olive garden, the car wash, Miler ale house, Rasing canes, Blaze pizza, starbucks.
We were very excited to move into this apartment complex because of all of the amenities. However, the amount of noises that we can hear in our apartment each day is unbearable. Music, moving furniture, dogs barking, etc. We have white noise machines in our apartment playing 24 hours a day to make it slightly more manageable. There has also been construction near the boat ramp for awhile now, which was one of the main reasons we chose this complex. Would not recommend.
