I had an issue with my water filter in my refrigerator. The maintenance team came to look at the issue and followed up a few days later with a solution to fix it. They went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was addressed and done in a timely manner. I really appreciated the care that was taken and how thorough they were with addressing my very specific situation.

The emergency alarms have gone off for the entire complex in the middle of the night every month since I’ve moved in. It’s the loudest, most blood-curdling alarm that jolts you out of your sleep to the point where you almost have a heart attack. It’s very scary, disruptive to your sleep, and no one will want to spend the night at your apt after they experience this. The most recent time, it went off for over an hour and management is doing absolutely nothing about it. Nice building but I would not have signed my lease if I knew this was a regular occurrence.

As a prospective tenant considering Bryks as my new home, this complex was quickly removed from my list due to the poor customer service and nonchalant attitude I received when I came to tour a unit. The staff was very dismissive, and the environment felt stiff and snooty, especially for a complex that is more than half vacant and needs to be filled immediately. Bryks will not only keep great people out with this type of environment, but their current residents will be even less inclined to renew their lease.
