We’re an inbound military family, and Russell completed our inspection for what will be the third home we’ve had to purchase sight unseen! His report was detailed, well organized, and clearly identified any items that we might want to consider addressing before closing. Communication was excellent from start to finish, scheduling was prompt, and the cost was very reasonable. The entire process was smooth, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cardinal Home Inspections to anyone needing a professional home inspection.
Chris Aldrin performed the inspection on our property. He was meticulous in his inspection and pointed out several areas of concern that needed to considered and in several cases, needed to be addressed by the owner. He took the time to point out those area directly, while we were present, and allowed ample time to respond to our questions. His report was accompanied by numerous photos which highlighted areas to be considered and his written report was clearly written and easily understood.
