I’ve got to say I’m not one to ever review apartment buildings, but man the staff here absolutely knock it out of the park. Pablo showed us around, and to this day continues to be able to give you that “family feel” kind of hospitality that I have never had at any other apartment. Not only does he go above and beyond to meet any needs I have, but he even anticipates needs such in small but very thoughtful gestures. He delivered water bottles to us on move in day as well as took a second to chat and check in to made sure we didn’t need anything else and that it went as seamlessly as possible.

I have been living here since January and I love it. Pablo made the move in process very easy and Christina and Evelyn are always friendly and welcoming in the leasing office. Especially because my dog makes me go multiple times a day for treats and attention! And then circles around to go back in. The views are beautiful and peaceful. Everything is always clean and well maintained. The apartments are nice and if anything needs maintenance, Jose and Miguel are quick to respond. Gorgeous sunsets!

I wanted to recognize Pablo from the leasing office for going above and beyond with outstanding customer service. I stopped by the leasing office to pick up some paperwork and ended up chatting with Pablo about the community e-bikes. I mentioned that I had not ridden a bike in quite some time and was a little nervous about getting back on one. Pablo shared that he loves cycling and generously offered to take me on a ride so I could gain some confidence.
