Do not live here. - Constant internet issues - Maintenance issues will remain unfixed and they do not care and will not follow up. If you ask about it, they tell you to wait - Trash is overflowing in gym - Gym Equipment is broken - Package room is a nightmare (they started a new system so perhaps it will be better now) - They will increase rent to a diabolical amount after the first year - THE MAIN PRO of this place was the shuttle but now even that sucks! They used to do multiple shuttle stops and had two shuttles running that came every 10 min. Now there is only one shuttle and one stop.
Patty is rude and dismissive of residents’ concerns. Additionally, the mail room setup is awful. You collect your mail in a separate building from the one you live in. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get your packages because you need to take 3 elevators and walk across 3 outdoor bridges to get your packages.
I’ve been living at CTT for a few years now, and unfortunately, it has really gone downhill over the past year, especially since it was bought by a private equity company. First, they reduced the shuttle frequency from every 10 minutes to every 20 minutes. The shuttle used to get packed even when it ran every 10 minutes, so I genuinely don’t understand why they thought cutting the frequency in half was a good idea. Even worse, the shuttle often doesn’t seem to arrive on schedule. There have been times when people have had to wait 30+ minutes for the next shuttle.
