Have been living here for a year but decided to no longer renew since they decided to up the rent, pricing here is a little ridiculous. The apartments next door are just the same of luxury and are $400-500 cheaper. Not to mention parking is horrible, I was told we would have parking arrangements by the summer and it is now july and nothing has been done. Another reason as to why I really decided to not stay was due to the new construction they are adding. As if it's not already clustered up enough here.
Ridiculously priced. They also expect an income of 3x the rent which is about 5k+ a month depending on which unit you’re interested in. Nice but not that nice.
Just moved out and honestly, after everything we had to deal with while living here, I’m shocked there are so many positive reviews. We lived in one of the newly built townhouse units starting last June. From the day we moved in, it was obvious the builders were rushing to get the townhouses ready for rent. The smell from the fresh paint and other construction materials was awful. The chemicals were so strong that it hurt my eyes for months after we moved in.
