Elite recently completed a home renovation project for us, including enlarging and renovating the primary bathroom, building a new full bathroom, and renovating a third bathroom. The new bathroom was particularly challenging given the space constraints and the age of our house, but Ken and his team came up with a very clever design that was beautifully executed. They also rebuilt our porch and solved a complicated building issue in our garage, among other projects. We really appreciate their dependability and consistency.

We recently worked with Elite Construction on a home addition, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was clear, consistent, and transparent throughout every phase, so we always knew exactly what stage of construction was happening next. ​Anya was fantastic on the front end, guiding us through the designs and bringing our vision to life. Once building began, Ken was on-site every single day leading a skilled, dependable, and trustworthy crew. The entire build was remarkably quick and efficient, and they handled all county requirements and inspections seamlessly.

I hired ECS to finish my basement. Ken gave me an initial quote for what the project would cost on his first walkthrough of the space (after like 10 minutes), and the ultimate cost of the project was within roughly $5k of that initial estimate, despite a couple unforeseen issues that later arose through nobody's fault. It ultimately ended up costing almost exactly what I imagined it would cost before talking to anyone—and way way less than the other contractor I spoke to (without sacrificing quality). The entire process was fantastic, from design to procurement to construction.
