Encanto at Mesa Del Sol Apartments

We flew from Dallas to visit and chose this property because it was presented as a luxury apartment community. However, shortly after moving in last August, we discovered that the air conditioner was not functioning properly on the very first day, and it took nearly 10 days for the issue to be fixed. Since then, we have continued to experience recurring AC problems almost every month. Last month, we were informed that the wiring had been installed incorrectly and that the issue had finally been resolved. Unfortunately, the air conditioner has stopped working again this month.

Absolutely unacceptable and negligent behavior from Alora. Our apartment reached dangerously high temperatures due to a broken AC, and instead of treating this like the urgent health risk, especially with a newborn present, Alora completely dismissed our concerns. She told me I was “overreacting” and even said the baby “wouldn’t die” or “be at risk of SIDS and overheating” and that it was only serious if our apartment got to 90F (by 4pm it was at 87F and by 7pm at 93F). That level of ignorance and lack of empathy is shocking.

I’m a new resident and so pleased. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Reyes got me all set up with ease. The move in special was exactly what I needed. The amenities are top notch. The dry sauna was unexpected. And I use often. My apartment is update & being from NM has a flair of Modern SW (but, fits all plates). Noise isn’t an issue. Although I live on a lower floor so above movement keeps beat every once in a while on my ceiling. But, it’s not intense. The experience I’ve had has been better that I hoped. Def recommend
