08/24/26 This company took over the Midvale apartments in Redbank this past month and it has been nothing but poor communication, constant emails of unpaid rent, even though my rent was paid with the previous property managemen before they took over. I’ve talked to them. They said there is no issue but I repeatedly keep getting emails about past due fee and deposit and now it’s evocation warnings. They either need tech support or they are preying on renters lack of knowledge for financial gain.
Very accomodating!!!
We had a great experience getting set up with our lease. The house we leased is super cute. Shawn was wonderful to work with.
