I do not live here as I had a choose a place closer to work, but i wanted to leave a review based on my tour experience! Ellie was awesome, she is super honest about everything and really works with you to figure out what’s best for your needs. Although I ended up choosing a different apartment not in Capitol Hill, she still gave me advice with Internet plans and was willing to help without me even being a resident!
Extremely disappointing experience. New Management is unprofessional and not supportive. Would not recommend if you expect fair treatment and transparency from management.
Gridline is a great apartment complex. I lived here for a year when the building was managed by Chet Patterson and he did a fantastic job of making the place feel like a home. Great amenities, clean, and quiet space. Also Jody is fantastic and very attentive to detail. You can always count on a prompt response from the team here.
