my wife came home in tears after trying to speak to someone about the second floor still having a foul smell. management staff treated her very poorly and they are always in a bad mood. it is impossible to get through the phone with someone as well. they treated us very good when we moved in 1 year ago and we were signing the papers to move in. ever since then, every time we go for the parking ticket, surprise fees added to the bill with no explanation, or any simple question, everyone is always extremely rude.

After the pipes got busted it seems like the have no money left for gardening. It looks sad and pathetic comparing to the compounds around

Watching my wife break down in tears leaving the pool area because the lifeguard was screaming aggressively and uncontrollably at us was not how I wanted to spend my 1 day off of work each week. We tried to get a pool pass. They were closed. We told the lifeguard this and gave her our names and apt to give to management and we said we will speak with management tomorrow. What followed was unprecedented. She sat for almost an hour on the phone trash talking us (even though we were seated right next to her and she knew we could hear… very odd).
