Haven on Highland

We’ve been here for a year and it’s been an amazing property! Broca and Kristie are always so helpful and work so hard to take care of things! Whenever we have concerns they are right on it. The residence area is very homey and neighborhood feeling which is hard to find in such a city area!

While it's a fairly safe and comfortable apartment, we were lied to about a lot of things before moving in and multiple things in our "brand new, recently remodeled apartment" have fallen apart. When we moved in 11 months ago, two of the four buildings were still under construction. We were told that we would get screens on our windows "soon" and that after 3 months we would get a gym. After 6 months we received an email stating that they had no update on the gym. All the construction has been finished for months, yet still no gym or window screens.

Living here for the past couple months, no major issues. Very nice landscape. Only thing i have to comment on is the fact i live above a family that piles in the apartment. They have like 15 people living in their apartment and they are always yelling. I do appreciate the dog park, its my favorite part. Its easy to go outside and sit in the sun while your dogs play without being tugged around😂.
