John and team managed the complete renovation of our HOA clubhouse which was all but destroyed by Hurricane Ian. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding and their design services provided us with much improved space utilization. They were more than helpful in working with us on some timing constraints and did a good job of managing the permitting and inspection process. It's been five months since the project was completed and their follow up on the few, very minor fixes has been very responsive. I would definitely use them again on any major renovation project.
