No way to reach management when something doesn’t work. In unit AC has stopped working for over 3 weeks, and isn’t fixed yet. Incompetent maintenance staff. The manager Santos is a great person, and tries his best. But the experience leaves much to be desired Oh did I say this already ? Please don’t even worry about getting someone on the phone at corporate- the AI assistant on the phone will wear you down and will give you zero opportunity to talk to a human.
Genuinely one of the worst places to live. If you’re looking for luxury pricing without the luxury—or basic functionality—you’ve found the place. Our apartment wasn’t even cleaned before move-in. Previous tenants left things behind that management told us were somehow our responsibility to remove, and the furniture was covered in dog fur. I’m allergic to dogs and got very sick from it. Our battery-operated door lock died FIVE times in the first semester, leaving us locked out.
The experience was so bad. The manager just barged in my room for a "room tour"without any notification in advance. When I asked what happened at the front desk after he and the visitor left, the manager even said "you violated the hygiene requirements of the apartment, I will come back in a week to see whether you cleaned that up " which was totally non-sense. I would recommend if you have other choice, do not choose this one.
