Good for the cost
Very affordable compared to other student residences, especially for a short-term lease. The apartments and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The main downside is the condition of the hallways. They could really use some renovation and are not very appealing. The pool is nice and the gym is also good, although some of the equipment could use an upgrade. The staff is very friendly, and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. Overall, a good option if you are looking for affordable short-term housing near UCF.
I would strongly recommend NOT choosing Lark if you’re planning to attend UCF or live in this area. My experience there was extremely disappointing. During my stay, I dealt with roaches and countless other issues with the apartment.The experience became even more frustrating after I moved out and was charged $665 for alleged carpet damage. I was never provided with photos or other evidence showing what damage I supposedly caused.
