Lark Gainesville

Do not sign a lease here. I parked in a "Future Resident" spot for a mere 30 minutes just to unload my belongings into my apartment, and Lark Gainesville management had my car stolen and towed, costing me $160. The parking situation here is already a nightmare with zero visitor spaces and a severely limited garage, but management's behavior is just malicious. Out of over ten cars parked in that lot, they selectively targeted mine. There weren't even any prospective renters in the leasing office at the time 😂 the spots were completely empty of actual "future residents."

Someone took a massive number 2 in the middle of the lobby bathroom. Took these people 4 days to clean it. Absolutely disgusting. The place is run down and they do not care about their residents asks or complaints. Corporate management and zero respect of living. The cable machine is still broken by the way despite it being broken and complained about for over 8 months. It is a bare necessity in a gym. And it is extremely easy to fix.

Had an absolutely terrible experience. Cockroaches everywhere all around common areas and the gym cables have been broken for over a year. Oh well, at least they have a crappy bowling alley to bowl your problems away
