Liora Delray Beach

We moved into Liora approximately one month ago, and we absolutely love it here!! The common areas are beautiful and well-maintained, and the amenities are wonderful. The apartments themselves have fantastic floor plans, and the finishes are top notch. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Ave, Pineapple Grove, and the beach! And the icing on top is the absolutely stellar service from the on-site staff. Leo is incredibly responsive for any maintenance issues or questions. And Arianna and Raul are so pleasant and eager to help with anything you might need. They both are amazing!

Not only is it a beautiful building, but it’s a fantastic place to live! The apartments are spacious and beautiful and the care taken in keeping it up is meticulous! The leading office is phenomenal and accommodating and helpful in every way! Being so close to Atlantic and the beach are a bonus as well !

Living at The Liora has been such a great experience from day one. The building itself is beautifully maintained — clean common areas, thoughtful design, and it always feels like home the moment I walk in. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They’ve been consistently accommodating, responsive, and genuinely kind every time I’ve needed something, whether it’s a maintenance request or just a quick question. They care about the residents and take pride in the community here.
