I want to start by saying that there are many positive aspects. I really like the community, the pool, the gym, and the appearance of the property. The common areas are beautiful and well maintained. I also like my apartment, and the maintenance staff has always been very attentive, polite, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. I never had problems with maintenance. In fact, I liked living here so much that I renewed my lease.
Thank you so much for the wonderful experience I've had with the staff at this apartment complex. The office staff (Jaky) and partners are dedicated to service and have always answered my calls whenever I've needed something. And Carmelo in maintenance is incredible. Thank you for everything.
