The apartment itself is genuinely nice. The location is great, the amenities are excellent, and the units are well done. If I were reviewing only the property itself, this would probably be 4 or 5 stars. Unfortunately, the management experience has been the exact opposite and easily the worst experience with a leasing office/workers in my 10+ years of apartment living. Simple issues take far longer than they should. For example, it took weeks and multiple asks from me to receive the required trash can that management expects residents to use for valet trash service.
One star for walkable location and nice amenities. -4 stars for the absolute train-wreck that is the front office. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on that alone; unless you want to pay way too much money for countless issues that are only met with uselessness and disinterest.
McEwen Northside is a great place to live. I love the spa and use the hot tub at least twice per week. The anytime coffee is wonderful and so delicious. The club room with a very nice pool table is comfortable and easy to access. I love that my washer /dryer is in my walk-in closet.
