Michael was absolutely great to work with. He helped me through the process of getting my apartment. Michael made everything feel easy and stress-free. He was super friendly and professional. Michael was always willing to help with any questions I had. I really appreciate all his help. I would definitely recommend working with Michael to anyone looking for an apartment.
Reviewed when this property operated as Meridian Pointe Apartment Homes. When I first moved in the manager was really friendly, professional and responsive. That changed completely as soon as this new manager took over. Almost immediately notices began appearing on my door that were either already resolved, procedurally improper, or entirely manufactured. The frequency and pattern of these notices have been targeting my unit and go well beyond normal landlord-tenant dealings.
