Navette on the Bay

Living at Navette on the Bay has been an excellent experience, largely due to the exceptional maintenance team. The head of maintenance and his staff are consistently responsive, professional, and efficient. They address issues promptly and have gone out of their way to assist me multiple times, including on weekends. Their reliability and strong dedication to resident satisfaction provide great peace of mind. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining the building so well and delivering such dependable service!

This is the worst building I have ever lived in. The property management issued me a violation for having a BBQ in the common area, even though the building previously had two BBQ grills there. In fact, one of the main reasons I chose to move into this building was because residents were able to use that space. What made the situation even worse was how I was treated. The staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and laughed at me during our conversation, which I found completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The new property manager was also very difficult to communicate with.

I’ve lived here for six months and my experience is not good. Almost feels like we’re being treated as disposable first my experience started good as they were working with me and said for me to move in they would void my parking spot cost which they did and then a couple months in randomly they added it back in and I have emails showing that they are saying they are going to remove it and each month.
