Great community! Stephanie and Patrick are so helpful and thoughtful! It’s clean, quiet, and has a great pool. It’s convenient to shopping, restaurants, and quick to get to work. They have pest control weekly. Valet trash picks up at the door which is great. Love to relax on the screened in patio.
Year 2 and recently renewed my lease for a 3rd year. Living here has been a joy. My kids love the modernist of the community, and this hidden gem has been everything we needed. Not to mention the beautification of this property. The landscaping is excellent, the facilities are amazing and the staff is all of that and a bag of chips. From our maintenance man, who is a stand up gentleman to say the least. Our property manager Stephanie is a class act, professional and a joy to work with!
I absolutely love Palladian! Stephanie has always taken such great care of me! The amenities are amazing, and the clubhouse is such a beautiful space. I especially love that you can host events there—it’s such a great feature for residents who want to have friends and family over. The community is beautiful, welcoming, and has so many great spaces to enjoy!
