Palomar Station

Been living here almost a couple years now, I don’t bother nobody. I pay my rent on time and I keep to myself. But I’ve had issues with management. Leslie specifically, my car was towed from handicap although I have placard. Management didn’t send out notice for my vehicle but have for other vehicles prior to being towed. I ended up having to pay almost $500 to get it out. I was recovering from a surgery and our apt had water damage from upstairs unit. I asked for rent to be lowered since it took forever to fix and she wouldn’t do that. We weren’t without a closet and restroom for weeks!

I want to give a big shout out to Atiana in the leasing office. From day one, she has been consistently helpful, kind, and professional no matter what time I come in—even if it’s just minutes before closing or during a busy day. She always takes the time to assist with a great attitude and makes every interaction easy and pleasant. Her light, charisma, and welcoming energy truly stand out and make a difference. It’s really great to see that this level of customer service is still out there because, unfortunately, it has become very rare nowadays.

Do not move here. Total safety, health, and management nightmare.This is by far the worst apartment community we have ever lived in. On just our second night here, our vehicle was broken into. Management does nothing about security; the guards only walk the property once a night, making it incredibly easy for criminals to track their schedule and target cars the second they leave.The health and sanitation violations here are absolutely disgusting:The pool is a major health hazard. Homeless individuals regularly use it for bathing at night.Dangerous cleaning practices.
