They advertise 999 rent but it's really 1200 they just use loopholes to advertise 999. My bill is $1,500 with gas water sewer and the 100 other things they charge you for but don't actually do (such as pest control). Maintenance is non existenct, I have multiple holes in my unit leading directly outside and they've done absolutely nothing about it.
