Google Reviews
They don't return deposits even when the house is returned perfectly clean and in good condition. They'll come up with any excuse to avoid paying you and charge you extra. I don't recommend dealing with them!
This review is just in regards to the pre-leasing process. We scheduled an appointment online for a showing. We immediately received a text message that turned out to be an AI chat bot. When we attempted to message back to ask a question about where to park we kept getting generic responses that did not help. When we showed up to our appt time, there were multiple other couples in the leasing office also there for tours, and at that point we realized that making an appointment actually made no difference. We had to wait for bit for the agent to finish with others.
Living here has been a great experience. The property is always well-maintained.
