Regatta Apartments

We’ve had such a great experience living at Regatta! The staff here genuinely makes such a difference. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and actually cares about the residents. Anytime we’ve had an issue with our apartment, they’ve been quick to respond, communicate with us, and get it taken care of. It’s so nice knowing that if something comes up, you’re not going to be left wondering what’s happening. Brittany, the manager, has always been wonderful to work with, and Clarissa and Annelise up front are always so friendly and helpful whenever we come in.

I have lived here over a year and signed another lease this year but after this year is up we are moving. I took awhile before writing this review because I try to be fair. Pros: The office staff are very nice. I have never had a bad interaction with any of them. The maintenance guys are also very nice and I don't think the issues I'm going to list are their fault. I think they just have too many work orders. Cons: The amenities are always closed/broken. The pool has broken/drained almost the entire summer. I don't think the hot tub has worked all summer.

A woman was murdered here last night the police are here every weekend it’s not a safe place to live. No security cameras and office staff don’t seem to care about your well-being or safety. They care more about sending emails out about the pool being unavailable every weekend than the stuff that actually really matters. The homeless walk and ride their bikes through here all night stealing stuff from people’s patios and who knows what else. Don’t get me started on trying to find a parking.
