If you are looking for a place to live, please consider this your sign to look elsewhere. There are many nice properties in the area that will value your tenancy. The property manager, Tara, is extremely rude and condescending. Rarely do you experience someone so miserable for no real reason. I encourage you to read some more reviews, others will be happy to tell you the same. The staff around her are friendly, but unfortunately (and rightfully so) they quit and move on quickly. It is understandable why. Not all is bad - the maintence are friendly and hardworking gentleman.

We recently moved to Riverwalk, and so far we’ve had a wonderful experience. The community is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, the walking trail by the river, and all the amenities. It already feels like home for our family. A special thank you to Jacqueline for making our move-in process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional from the very beginning. She answered all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and was always willing to help whenever we needed assistance.

Lived here for 4 years. My experience was pretty good. The maintenance people are very friendly and respond to requests very quickly for your unit. Additionally, I have met a lot of young people in this community, and if you are in your 20s/30s, this community is a great spot to meet people around the same age. On the negative side, there are many problems that go ignored or have not been fixed such as the garage door being broken for months as well as elevators and elevator buttons being broken.
