Shine Bright Maids

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Shinebright Maids. I specifically purchased the Deep Cleaning Package because I expected the additional services advertised and outlined in the agreement to be completed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Multiple areas of the home were left untouched, including fixtures, surfaces that still had visible dust, and floors that were not properly swept or mopped. One of the key features of the deep cleaning package was cleaning under and behind accessible furniture, yet this was not completed either.

This cleaning company came highly recommended in my neighborhood facebook group so I reached out to schedule a basic house cleaning before my vacation. After booking a date, they reschedule back out to me asking to reschedule. No problem, I moved my plans to accommodate their request. I confirmed a cleaning for 10am via text the day before I was supposed to have my house cleaned. The person never showed up or responded to my text asking if they were still coming. I reached back out to the business and their only reply was “that’s never happened before, we hope that person is ok”.

They did an excellent job also took the time in a timely matter I definitely recommend if I could I would give them 10 stars I would!!!
