Unfortunately, I feel that this place has been losing much of the majesty and quality that initially characterized it. For example, the grills have been damaged for about two months and, so far, we have not received a clear answer or solution in this regard. In addition, umbrellas were removed from the most comfortable furniture in the pool area. The gate is also always failing. Likewise, in the outdoor area of the clubhouse there were previously fans, it is a pity that they have removed them especially considering the high temperatures we have in Florida.

I had an extremely upsetting experience with Skyline at Westfall Station and The Bainbridge Companies. I dealt directly with Tracy Wiley and Jon Chapman, Vice President of Operations, and I feel that I was treated poorly, ignored and misled throughout this process. I was dealing with a serious and documented personal safety situation. I explained what had happened and provided supporting evidence, but instead of receiving meaningful assistance, compassion or a fair resolution, I felt dismissed and left without help.

*****Review EDIT: I wanted to update my review because the change in direction here over the last few months has been night and day. After sitting down with the new property manager Catrecia, I felt so much better and can see their vision for the complex. The transition to this current management team was 100% the right move, bringing them in and removing the previous team (Dayton, Pam, and Arianna) has made an unbelievable difference. The new team is proactive, attentive, and actually listens to resident concerns.
