I’ve been living here 6 months now and the staff has been very helpful, especially Maddison! I’ve seen her go above and beyond twice without being asked. My first interaction with the property manager Jessica was also reassuring and pleasant. Apartments are clean and spacious!
I scheduled my tour within 24hours. They were super accommodating and able to schedule it during my lunch hour. Shasta did a great job showing me around the property. The units are LARGE and very well built. This place is so much nicer than my current apartment. My only concern is the availability of the garages. They don’t seem to have an official system to track this, and I got the sense that I could be waiting a long time for one to become available. I honestly would’ve moved in here a year ago, but they told me they only allow one car per unit—absolutely no exceptions.
This is my second poor experience living in this complex. Number one some sort of fire alarm glitch kept a blaring alarm going off in the entire complex ALL DAY and we didn’t receive any email or correspondence on why. Second, we observed some people inside the pool when it was supposedly closed and thought it was open again. We were in there and one of the employees came out and instead of communicating that the pool was closed she immediately said that she called the cops and we had to leave immediately.
