You get what you pay for. However; the office staff is rarely there and the time on the will be back sign is never up to date. The “ emergency “ line is not answered and the mailbox is full. Staff could totally be more helpful but the consensus is the run it here no point in makin waves
The staff never stays at the office . Have to wait hours always just to meet them. And they never ever put the correct time on the sign when they’ll be back , so you just have to wait there.
Overpriced, small units, no storage in the 2bd, small closets, I had dead roaches in my freezer and kitchen light at move in DAY , dumpsters were always over flowing n gross, they lock the gym after office hours so If you have an 8-5 job don't expect to use the gym , old Systems that ran my pge n water bills up. That being said I found the staff to be very kind and accommodating, the girls in the office easy to deal with, the young maintenance guy was a pleasure and the pool was well kept year round., nice neighbors tho quiet complex overall but thankful I found another place to live.
