I was a loyal customer when this company was owned by Brandon, but unfortunately customer service is not what it used to be under new ownership. After several back and forths over text about pricing, I asked if someone could come out to look at my home and explain in person. I was told I would be charged a $125 fee to come out and give an estimate. It was clear there was no attempt to save the sale, even though I have been a customer for years. Such a shame because Brandon cared about his work, made sure it was done well, and had great customer service.
