Hali has been amazing with answering all of our questions and making sure we have everything we need. Hieu is always quick to respond to any maintenance work orders I’ve put in, which I really appreciate. Gloria has also been awesome with packages. She's always on top of letting me know when I have something waiting and keeps the package room organized and easy to navigate. I also love that Star Harbor puts on different events for residents. I went to the wine tasting event today and had such a fun time! It’s a nice touch and makes the community feel welcoming without being forced.

I didn’t go through with my lease and now the office will only issue me a third party check that I have to pay a fee to cash. The first check they sent me was denied by their own issuing bank because it was invalid, then my own bank rejected it because it’s a third party check, and now they’re refusing to reissue a new one because they can only make it out this one, sketchy way. They’re telling me to go to Walmart to cash it! What kind of practice is that? What if it was a large deposit amount? Don’t recommend.

Very charming property in a nice neighborhood. We've only been here for a few months now but so far so good. Looking forward to the coffee shop opening on the water side!
