Sterling Manor and especially Cynthia were amazing during our move in process. Answered emails and questions daily and made the whole thing seamless. I would HIGHLY recommend speaking and working with Cynthia moving forward. 10/10!

I lived at Sterling Manor for 10-11 years. My third apartment complex I've lived at. When I first moved in, imo, it was a better place and better managed. I've seen about 3-4 changes in management in the time I lived there. The Good: You can park more than one vehicle there. There are elevators in the building. The A/C and Heat work very well. Internet speeds are fast. Maintenance was always good. The Bad: This is the #1 issue I had...Noisy Neighbors. Sound in these apartments doesn't really travel up from a bottom floor. It does however, from a higher floor down and from side apartments.
