The place is clean, airy and the apartment is new and large, if you compare it with New York ones. Besides that, it has essential furniture, and you only need to worry about your personal items. The process of renting is easy and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The four buildings have a big distance from each other which allow you to see the sky and things around. The only thing I don’t like is that we need to wait for the office process from online delivery. Regardless of it, I love the condominium so much that I chose here after my daughter moved in with a roommate.
The Summit on Juniper property extends its self as a family/community. The Staff in the leasing office has been exceptionally receptive and attentive to my path to success here. I Strongly recommend reaching out to the Summit on Juniper staff for your professional, safe and caring living environment. Thank you John Caruso
Worst apartment complex ever. Overpriced for no benefits in upkeep, maintenance nor staff unresponsive, never available after 3pm. Negligent HVAC, power, plumbing and anything.
