I had an incredible experience touring The Alfred Homes. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained the property is. Every detail reflects the level of care that goes into creating a luxury living experience. The highlight of my visit was Natalyt. She was absolutely exceptional warm, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and her passion for the community really showed throughout the tour.

My husband and I have lived at The Alfred for less than 60 days, and it has already been a complete disaster. We pay $10,000 per month expecting a true luxury living experience. What we have received instead is repeated water damage, sloppy vendor work, displacement, and a complete lack of accountability. The unit was not properly cleaned at move-in, despite management representing that it was. We documented the condition immediately. Shortly after, a building-caused water leak required access by the building’s vendors.
