Been calling the Avery my home for a little over 3 months. After spending some time here I can now say that it is a great place to live. Special thanks to Ali, Amber, Dustin and Michelle whom have been super helpful and made living here feel more special.
I’ve enjoyed living here for over a year until recently. The hallway on the far side of the 4th floor wreaks of marijuana and the smell lingers into my apartment. It’s been almost every evening and weekend mornings. It’s not fair for the inside of my unit to wreak of someone’s marijuana smoke when this is suppose to be a smoke free property. It affects my health as it triggers my migraines. I’ve addressed it to the front desk yesterday and today the hallway again is overpowered with marijuana odor. Hope this review will bring change and enforce the smoke free policy.
