Very disappointed with the management, the lady in the office is very rude talking and don’t know how she got that job.

This place is the most frustrating place to live ever. I would not recommend living here to any UVA student or anyone in general. The elevators are constantly dirty and broken. The carpets in the hall have a bad smell. Last year my apartment had repeated pest issues, the WiFi goes out constantly. It took 2 weeks for them to fix our AC, it was extremely hot and unpleasant in our unit. And they never answer the phone. It is not worth living here. You’re better off getting a place on JPA and buying furniture, it’s less of a headache than this place.

Why are the hallway carpets squishy and wet from a strange liquid? and the puddle keeps expanding. Not only are the hallways wet, but they are covered in trash and furniture, and the air is stagnant and musty. Aside from the hallways, in my experience, our floor was extremely damaged when we moved in; hairs are embedded in the walls and painted over; elevators breaking down; wifi has gone down multiple times; weird building smell overall. Also, many others i've talked to in the building reported numerous issues with their apartments.
