It's been more than a month since I wrote my initial review of The Grime Guys and I am still waiting for them to take down my lights from 2025. At their suggestion I also prepaid $2402.00 for my 2026 lights in order to be "first in line" for this year's install. Last week I requested a refund on that and as I expected, that email was not replied to. This morning I left a message making that same request. At this point I would recommend potential customers of the Grime Guys look elsewhere. Their customer service and follow up is terrible!!
Very pleased with the overall customer service, responsiveness, and quality of their work. Would recommend and will be a return customer in the future.
Chris was extremely helpful and down to earth. We had some pretty gnarly ice dams and they quickly took great care of us and let us know what to look out for in the future. Would definitely recommend!
