I wanted to love living at The Magnolia. The apartments are beautiful, the location is excellent, Hailey is great and the property is marketed as a luxury community. Unfortunately, my experience over the past several months has not reflected the luxury living standard that residents are paying for. During my tenancy so far, residents dealt with a series of prolonged issues that significantly impacted the overall living experience.

I’ve lived in this apartment for over 2 years, and I have to start by saying that Hailey is absolutely fantastic. She’s always super helpful, responsive, and genuinely tries to make things better for residents. The problem is she doesn’t have nearly enough power to fix the bigger issues created by upper management. Unfortunately, New Earth’s decision to convert multiple units into Airbnb rentals is completely ridiculous and has destroyed the living experience here.

There are many problems with the Magnolia apartments. More problems than merit. Look elsewhere. The fire department is right across the street. But it is not the sirens of the truck that are the problem. Their exhaust system runs at a high noise level, and an air raid like siren can be heard for exactly three minutes every time a fire truck leaves or comes back to the station. It is constant, every time there is a fire call, and the station is busy, the Magnolia apartments hear a loud noise like an air raid siren. The sound can be heard through closed doors and windows.
