The Verona at Silver Hill

They don’t like coming to fix nothing the leasing office always mad when u call the maintenance men mad because they got do there job I been around for two years everyone rude and they mad because because they got fix stuff I been waiting for three weeks service to be done at my unit they treat like u a problem because u calling for stuff to be fix I wouldn’t tell no one move here

My experience with Silver Hill has been extremely disappointing, especially with the leasing office and towing situation. I applied for an apartment around late June/early July and experienced significant delays in having my application processed. I contacted the office regularly for updates, but it did not seem as though meaningful progress was being made. Since I had a deadline to move from my previous residence, I ultimately had to cancel my application.

I was able to move in and get things going immediately. Brenda really helped usher the process along, it was a smooth transition especially since moving can be a headache at times. She explained everything to us and made sure she answered any questions we may have had. Maintenance has been top teir since we have been there. There aren't many issue but the ones we did have was definitely dealt with in an timely manner. I'm really enjoying the experience here.
