I have been living here for a little over a year now. Great location but I must say I’m disappointed with how an ongoing maintenance issue has been handled. For over a week, the sprinkler/fire system in my building has repeatedly gone off and produced constant beeping, including throughout the night. I’ve reported it multiple times by calling the front office and I’ve even sent emails. I was told someone would address it, but the issue is still unresolved. It’s been over a week now.

Hit and run in the parking lot. No cameras after 4 years

They come at you with, we've sent a lot of emails your way. No they didn't. I got 1 email at 11:54 am (office closed at 2pm) saying to renew your parking tag. I was at work and of course didn't check my email till past their close. They towed my car that night Next morning I went to go ask for help, they kept repeating they can't do anything to help. They aren't responsible, yada yada. Down $240. Not having fun. Doesn't help that they raised their prices right after a shooting.
